WearablesDear Samsung member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.
Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.
1. Check the battery level: Please open the Wearable app and check the battery level of your earbuds.
2. Charge your earbud: If one earbud shows a low battery, place it back in the charging case. A red light will indicate that the earbud is charging correctly.
If the red light doesn't appear, try removing and reinserting the earbud into the case until the red light comes on.
Make sure your charging case itself has enough charge before placing your earbuds inside.
3. Check for full charge: Once the light turns green, your earbud is fully charged and should work normally again.
If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
