If you continue to experience issues with your blood pressure measurement despite following these precautions, you can send log data along with a screenshot of the problem to the relevant department for review. To obtain log data, reproduce the issue on your watch and then go to Samsung Health Monitor Apps on your mobile device. From the More menu, select Contact us, then Error reports. Check the "Send system log data" box and send the report. It's important to obtain the log data immediately after reproducing the issue.
