Watch 4 issue

Can anyone help me in resolving this issue? 

This suddenly appeared one day and my watch won't stay ON for more than a minute and turns off automatically after showing above error. 

I tried after 2 days but still same error.

After cleaning it from back side with brush it worked. Alsi, detached straps for cleaning after 3 years of use 😂
