I recently got a treadmill for my place. When I'm on it, I start the workout on my watch, but after I'm done, I notice a difference in the distance covered between my watch and the treadmill. My watch shows a calibrate option, but it won't let me enter any numbers. For example, today my workout was 2.7 km on the treadmill, but my watch only showed 1.29 km. When I tried to calibrate it, it only let me enter 1.78 km, no more. There's no calibration option in the Samsung Health app either. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

Samsung Members Application(Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
