Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We want to inform you that when your phone and watch are connected, you can use the Galaxy Wearable app to regularly check for updates. Alternatively, if you initially set up your watch without a phone, you can apply updates directly from the watch itself.
Update watch software with an Android phone:
1. Ensure your watch has sufficient charge before starting the update process. You may not be able to update if the charge is below 30%.
2. On your connected phone, navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app.
3. Tap Watch settings, and then tap Watch software update. Tap Download and install.
4. While the software update is being applied, your watch will restart and display a progress bar or a rotating animation.
You can also update your watch directly from the watch itself. It will still need to be paired with a compatible Android phone. Simply open Settings, scroll down, and then tap Software update.
If the issue still unable to update, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
