Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue affecting how third-party timer apps, particularly MultiTimer, interact with my Galaxy Watch 3 when paired with my Samsung Galaxy S24, running One UI 7.0 (Android 15) — software version S921BXXS6BYE3, with the May 1, 2025 security patch.

📍Issue Summary:

When a timer finishes in MultiTimer, the phone displays a proper notification with sound/vibration.

However, the Galaxy Watch 3:

Does not vibrate

Does not show a pop-up

Only shows a red dot, and the notification is hidden behind a left swipe.

In contrast, Samsung's native Clock/Timer app works correctly — triggering vibration and full-screen alerts on the same watch.

📌 Key Points:

All relevant vibration and notification permissions are correctly enabled on both devices.

MultiTimer's notification channel is set to “Alert” with vibration and pop-up enabled.

This issue did not exist when the same Galaxy Watch 3 was paired with my Nothing 1 and OnePlus 7 devices.

The issue only appeared after pairing with the Galaxy S24.

🙏 Request:

I kindly ask your team to:

1. Review whether third-party high-priority notifications are being treated differently in the current One UI 7 / Android 15 wearable mirroring framework.

2. Consider enabling or exposing options to allow these apps to trigger vibration and banner notifications just like Samsung’s native timer app.

3. Confirm whether this is a known limitation or an unintentional regression.

I would greatly appreciate any workaround or confirmation, and I’m happy to provide screenshots, logs, or run further tests.

Thank you for your attention and support in maintaining a seamless Galaxy experience.

Warm regards,
Atulit Singh

Where you see an alarm ringing is the notification by Samsung clock. MultiTimer's notification not only does not vibrate, it gets minimized as a red dot on the left. CTgAViFY8X.jpgVHkqhO0No4.jpg
