Hey Guys,

Im unable to setup mobile plans on the galaxy watch 6 LTE version.

I have followed below steps

1) converted my physical sim to eSim and downloaded it
2) going to the watch settings and trying to add mobile plans
3) my network provider is airtel and after trying to setup, it just displays with somewhat blank screen with just airtel logo like below

Can someone please advise on steps to resolve this issue? Im just using the watch as Bluetooth for now

You have Airtel pre-paid or post-paid? Coz Airtel prepaid wont work in watch 6..u have to have a post paid connection to run it in your LTE watch.

I used my Jio pre-paid number for esim and in call setting, I have for forwarded my call from Airtel to Jio incase it's unanswered or unreachable. That way if I am away from my phone I can still received calls from both numbers.

Is your issue resolved? I'm facing same issue with my Watch6. It was working fine with Jio sim but unable to setup mobile plan after porting to airtel. Samsung and airtel guys are not helpful at all.

I had been facing the same issue. And tried resetting several times, but it didn't help. Then converted my SIM to eSIM and tried resetting watch as well as phone, but none helped.
Finally yesterday I upgraded my SIM from PREPAID to POSTPAID.
and VOILA, I could succefully set the Mobile Plan on watch.
Now, it has been connected.
