Samsung galaxy watch 4 classic LTE display problem

Hey samsung team ,

It's been 1 year one month using my Samsung watch 4 classic LTE , it was working perfectly fine but one day the display just turned orange, the touch is working though . 

I had took it to Samsung opera house, where I got the information that though watch has no physical damage nor water damage, the display has completely wiped out . This has happened few days after software update .

So , to understand the situation I have been calling customer care from past 6 days and I always get transfer to home appliance dept, where they say they will arrange a call back but I never get one .

I demand for a free display replacement as being the No.1 display manufacture samsung should help me in this situation .

Every time I call them I get transferred to home appliance dept ,they say they would arrange a call back from wearable dept ,but I never get a call back . I have been calling from 8 days .
I still haven't got any call back

Go get ur watch checked in samsung service center and get a job sheet sent to ur mail . Then use samsung member to get the WhatsApp samsung care to complaint the same issue and ask for free replacement .
