Samsung buds 2 pro : Call quality issue

Hi Team,

I brought Samsung buds 2 pro recently and facing issue with call quality in the receiver end side. They are getting disturbance in noise from my surrounding, even if I'm in room with fan ON they are hearing surrounding noise loudly even in ANC ON. I don't know why Samsung not noticed this and not fixing it yet. Buying a ear buds at 18K not worth, when I'm in Teams meeting call other end saying your voice not clear and bit low they are saying.

Cons:
1. While in call or meeting receiver hear my voice with loud Buzz sound, call quality not good at all and gets disturbance noice.
2. ANC is not upto to the mark, while ANC ON in crowd area, receiver complaining that my voice is far away and they can't hear my voice properly.
3. Auto play / pause missing while taking the bud of ears.

If Samsung watching this, kindly share with your team and fix it as early as possible. Spending INR 18K is not worth. Because earbud not satisfying the primary purpose which is call quality.

Try replacing the buds under warranty. This is not supposed to happen. Buds 2 pro is reported to have one of the best mics for calls and environmental noise cancellation, especially static noises like that of a fan or ac.

Nb: ANC has nothing to do with how your voice is transmitted to the other side. ANC helps you to hear things clearly by blocking the outside noises. It's for audio and not for the mic. For calls, features like ENC are used.

Same issue, I checked in other community also. But still Buzz sound are there and call quality and ANC not upto to mark.

Call quality is really a big issue. Lot of noise heard on the other end while on call. 

Under warranty give a replacement or pleas send a software update to buds which can fix this issue.

Lot of money wasted on this unreliable gadget. Really disappointed!

I am also facing the same issue. My 2500 ruppee earbuds used to catch less noice
