Issues with my newly purchased galaxy watch 4 classic

I recently purchased the galaxy watch 4 classic lte. Some of the issues I have faced up until now are: 

When the mobile data is enabled on the device, it starts overheating and switches to flight mode. 

The network reception is poor at times. 

The sleep monitoring is poor. The wake up detection doesn't work at all and have to feed the wake up time manually. I have turned on blood oxygen monitoring, yet the issue persists. 

Doesn't record daytime naps. 

Tried resetting the watch yet the issue persists. What can be done?

I had given the watch at samsung service center for a long period due to heating issue but nothing they did

Yep.. I don't think they are specialized enough to operate on wearables... I have my share of speculations as well

Is any burn issue caused due to continuous blood monitor in night. The area where watch sensor placed, that area burn out dur to heat caused by sensor continuous use.
