As per your concern, we would request you to kindly reset your watch once and when you reset the watch all of your personal data will be removed, and the watch will restore back to its default settings, so you won't have to worry about personal info still being on it. You can reset your watch using the Settings or with the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.
Note: Before performing the factory data reset, don't forget to backup all the important data stored in the Galaxy Watch.
Galaxy and Gear watches: Step1: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone.
Step2: Next, tap Watch settings.
Step3: Tap General, tap Reset, and then tap Reset again to confirm.
In case the issue still occurs, please share the screenshot of the issue with log data. So, our team can analyze the issue and help to provide a resolution. Please follow the below steps to get the log data:
Reproduction of issue on the watch > Samsung Health Monitor Apps on mobile > More menu > Contact us > Error reports > Check "Send system log data" > Send.
Log data should be obtained immediately after reproducing the issue.
