The most unfortunate thing is that it was an existing feature until last year. I did raise a complaint on this issue and as usual there is no response. SPO2 is very crucial at this stage. I'm seriously considering about moving out of samsung eco system.
I m currently not using my galaxy watch 46mm lte version because of lack of SPO2 functionality. It seems this watch is only for watch time and calls and nothing else .
