No problem in my watch 4. You just update the wearable app or reinstall it.

Clear Cache: Settings > Apps > Gear Wearable > Storage > Clear Cache.
Update the Galaxy Wearable app to the latest version.

Reset your Galaxy watch:
Open the Apps screen on the watch.
Swipe the screen and tap on General.
Reset.
