Clear Cache: Settings > Apps > Gear Wearable > Storage > Clear Cache.
Update the Galaxy Wearable app to the latest version.
Reset your Galaxy watch:
Open the Apps screen on the watch.
Swipe the screen and tap on General.
Reset.
Try to connect again by the given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-watch-how-to-connect-with-mobile-device/
