Got this screen today while working in office

Have seen same problem work other users 

They also have Tiny white area in upper part of screen

Is samsung deliberately doing such tactics?

There was no problem in the device, orange screen appeared automatically after some flickering.
It's display issue can only be fixed by replacing display
