Hey Everyone,

I’ve been facing a display issue with my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, and when I took it to the service center, they quoted me around ₹7.8K for repair. I asked if it could be considered for a goodwill replacement, especially since there’s been no physical damage and I take good care of my devices — but they denied it.

I want to highlight that this seems to be a common issue, especially with the Galaxy Watch 4 series, and now even some Watch 5 units like mine. I’ve seen several users here report similar display problems, so this doesn’t seem like a one-off case.

As someone deeply invested in the Samsung ecosystem — currently using the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Book, Watch 3, 4, 5 Pro, and now the Watch 6 Classic — it’s disappointing to face this kind of response. Hoping the Samsung team here can help escalate this and offer a fair resolution.




Anyone else faced this with their Watch 5 Pro?

They should provide some discount or replace it free of cost since it is not end user's fault but due to their software after which we update ruins the screen. Had same issue with my S22 ultra and they denied due to a single small scratch

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue. I couldn't find to submit error report on members app.

Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system after send error report immediately but don't close Samsung Members App during this process till complete. I did that. But it has taken model number of my phone by default and i couldn't change it to watch. Anyway i have mentioned the details and let's see what response i get

So the team contacted and provided no solution and rather than a solution they asked me to bear the cost of repair. I am not happy with the solution provided

Me too have the same issue with my watch 5pro Lte..display is in white colour..this damage occurred just after completing my warranty period and I approached to samsung service center and they asked me to pay rs.9900/- as repair cost..I bought watch for 45K and again 10k for repair..samsung sucking entire my hardworking blood..disturbed mentally with samsung product quality
