Hi just got the galaxy buds...the left bud is pairing but the right bud does not pair at all. Tried all methods...can anyone help

That's interesting, did you reset the buds from the app & charged case to 100% before applying the fix?

how to reset the buds and the case shows green light..how do you know the case is 100% charged

Within the app you'll get an option to reset buds. Just scroll down & you'll find it. Charge the case without buds. Once it shows green light without buds, that means its 100%
