I pre-ordered Galaxy Buds 3 Gray. Now it is Aug 5 around 15 days after I getting it right earbud is not charging. I used Samsung Official Charger.

Main thing is I purchased Galaxy Buds 3 in U.S. and after I week I went to my home country for a while so I also can not return it because last date of return is Aug 9 so I also can't do that.
In the end, I want this earbuds but I don't know how to fix it so can someone help me?
