Galaxy Buds 2 Pro ANC Issue

I brought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro from amazon 2 weeks ago. Seems like the ANC is not properly filtering. I still can hear noises around me. Is there any workaround for that before I visit any service center?

Also I've done all sorts of diagnosis and tests. Also I noticed that the buds get reconnect automatically while no music is playing. My phone is note 20

I'm facing the same issue. Ordered from Amazon, the ANC output is not at all up to the mark for the price tag.

I got it replaced, the issue is still the same.

Real me buds and OPPO enco are doing far better job than buds 2 pro. I'm highly dissatisfied with it's performance.
