I brought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro from amazon 2 weeks ago. Seems like the ANC is not properly filtering. I still can hear noises around me. Is there any workaround for that before I visit any service center?

I know that on detecting voice, it will change to ambient mode which works well. But I turned off voice detection amd turned on anc. Still the anc is not filtering all. I can even watch TV by keeping anc on. Eventhough it blocks soft and minute noise...
