Hi Samsung Team

In recent times I am encountering issues with Galaxy Buds 2 which was detecting once I opened case but from past a week I need to manually pair buds as it is not detecting the buds.

Any Solution?

Update buds2 software. No problem in my buds2. Your nearby device scanning should be on in settings. 1724630581573.jpg

But there is not a single problem with my buds2. Which mobile do you use? Have you tried to reset your buds2 and reinstall wear app?

1-Kindly open the Galaxy Wearable App.
2-Tap on General.
3-Reset.
