I am still awaiting my complimentary ear-buds with my S20 from when I claimed them back in May to be exact on 22 May 2020. This is going on for 3 months.
I have received my CITD number and yet I cannot trace my parcel and no one can help me. When wil it arrive???
Today after 3 months Samsung tells me they could not read the slip, so declined it. Yet I phoned 4 times during this time and all they said is that the courier is busy. Very convenient excuse. Bad service.
Dear Moderator. Look at Hellopeter.co.za how many have the same problem, me included. Samsunh used this as a means te market and sell their phones then shamefully reneged on their promise. 👎👎👎😡😡😡Samsung😡😡😡👎👎👎
