Gerbs, hi. just to inquire? did you get your earbuds via purchase or it was a complimentary pack with a product you bought.

@ThatRamdomDude, you can self calibrate your earbuds. you can do so by going to Galaxy Wear app on your Samsung Device

Samsung & Vodacom keep telling me nobody else didn't have my problem i.e. non receipt of earbuds. I'm furious to read it's happening again to several customers on the latest models. Now I have proof I am NOT alone. Are u with Vodacom Gerbs?
