It depends how well Samsung likes us. Some get them within a week and then some of us have a much longer wait. 🙂

I made the claim yesterday morning and received the mail saying that if it is successful they will be shipped in 7 - 14 days (is that normal?)

Is there then a confirmation email after that saying the claim was successful? How long has it taken people to get their confirmation email?

Confirmation email is quite fast when doing the request for any promos. I got my confirmation email for my Bud's Pro 2 minutes after submitting my claim

Only received a mail stating that If the claim is successful it will be submitted to the delivery partner for delivery
