Ear buds 2 pro video call problem

When I'm using my ear buds 2 pro for IMO video call with s23 plus , buds is connected but sound hearing from loud speaker. How to solve this issue?

It could be that the audio source is not selected properly1. You can try clicking the speaker icon in the bottom right corner, select the audio source along the top, and make sure to select your headphones from the list1.

If that doesn’t work, you can try performing a factory reset on your Galaxy Buds 2 Pro2. To do this, go to the Galaxy Wearable app and open the “About earbuds” menu. Then tap “Reset earbuds” and follow the on-screen instructions2.

Hello,

Kindly make sure that you have selected the Audio source properly, please check by clicking the speaker icon in the right bottom corner, and select the audio source, make sure to choose the headphones.

If the issue persists, kindly try to reset the Buds by the following steps:

- Navigate to and open the Galaxy Wearable app on your Galaxy phone.

- Tap About earbuds. Tap Reset earbuds, and then tap Reset to confirm. And make sure that the Buds are charged.
