Good morning 
Got a new samsung watch 6 pro 47 mm
The moment I put on the watch it looked great, however to my shock the strap suddenly got detached from the watch end, ( strap got detached from watch no problem with buckle) I thought probably I didn't fix it properly at first time, although it comes fixed and attached by default in the package. Fixed it put back suddenly same thing happened while I moved the wrist and got detached the same way. 
This is just 12 hrs of receiving the watch. Kept the watch in bag called samsung service explained the problem advised to go to service center. Before going to service center tried again same thing happened. Dropped the watch at service center yesterday got a call from samsung support that they need to see the video to support the claim as technical team could not find the same problem.

Come on we are not kids to waste time calling service center going to authorized service center for a watch which I received and used less than 12 hours. 
This is a painful experience and I don't care about the watch perhaps to switch from samsung after more than a decade of using all of their products.
At least apple watches don't fall off suddenly and we don't have to record the video as a proof.

Ultimately samsung had to accept my demand and watch turned to be have manufacturing defects it took more than 3 months for the service team and online support people to figure it out as they refused to replace the watch and told will replace the wrist band which proved the defect in watch as same issue happened again and they refunded my money back. It was a painful experience with samsung care team from service guys who couldn't figure it out for a along time and online care team who just don't give a s**t once they sell the product.
