Hi everyone!
Do you ever had a chance to change your world clock in galaxy watch 5?
It always show 'London' despite I've change my roaming clock time & removed all my world clock in my clock app.
Appreciate if you can share your knowledge or someone else is having the same issue?

Thanks,
John

Hi DrAslam! The name was - Analogue Utility. Under Informative. I change the complication to world clock & it always shows London time. Even i use the roaming clock it always defaults as London time 🤦🏻‍♂️

1. Add the desired time zone in world clock on your mobile's clock application.
2. Click on the clock compilation from home screen, you dont have to go for customisation on your watch which leads directly to your world clock selection screen from your watch.
3. Swipe up or down to toggle between the cities.
4. There will be a pop up as 'change' in blue highlight, just select that and you are done with it.

NB: It might take few seconds to sync the city addition with your watch. And its working fine with my watch 4. Hope it will work for you as well.Screenshot_20230404_004035_sysui_1000059876_1680554437.pngScreenshot_20230404_004348_Clock_1000059877_1680554629.png

Hello,

Kindly tap General, and then tap Date and time. Set the date, time, and time zone for your region, and then check if the watch displays correctly. If the date and time on the watch is still incorrect, reset the watch. Depending on the watch, "Automatic time" may be available.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.

To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.

Probably there is a bug, not sure if its in the watch or in the clock setting. But always world clock set to London. Please investigate. Thanks for your help

Hi everyone!
Thanks for your help and advises i've manage to change the complication based on the world clock added in my clock setting.
Thanks to DrAslam! It help. Its just so tricky. After i followed his instruction there is just a little bit steps to do in the watch. After you've customised the complication to world clock. Tap it & since the default world clock is set to 'London' (despite its not included in my world clock) i need to change it and apply. Screenshot_20230404_094840_sysui_1000009986_1680587321.png
