Change language of Watch3

I've just got a Galaxy Watch 3  (import from HK).

All the interface is in chinese (I don't read it)

How can I change the watch system language to French ?

you need to reset the device completely (like factory reset). because system language can be set only during first boot. the first screen is system language, you can choose preferred language there.

language was set to french when I have connected my watch to my phone which is in french (not easy when all the texts are in chinese...)

Connect the Galaxy Watch 3 with the phone and through the Galaxy wearable app you can change the language settings.
