My Buds 2 is having problem in increasing or decreasing the volume and connecting. Apart from this, I am having no problem in connecting to my other mobile and tab and in increasing or decreasing the volume. I am having problem only with this mobile S23 Ultra since many months.

● Kindly reset the buds:
Step1: Kindly open Galaxy Wearable App.
Step2: Tap on about earbuds.
Step3: Reset earbuds.
