Last night, my left earbud stopped connecting. It continues to be disconnected until now. I have been resetting it from the buds button, but it is not helping.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Check Battery Level: Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.

Clean Earbuds: Wipe the charging contacts with a soft, dry cloth.

Forget and Reconnect:

Go to Bluetooth settings, forget the earbuds, and reconnect.

Reset Earbuds:

Place them in the charging case, close the lid for 30 seconds, then open it. Hold the touchpad on both earbuds for about 7 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.

Test with Another Device: Connect to a different device to check if the issue persists.

Check for Firmware Updates: Use the Galaxy Wearable app to check for updates.

Factory Reset (if applicable):

Use the Galaxy Wearable app: About Earbuds > Reset.

Contact Support: If the problem continues, consider reaching out to Samsung support or visiting a service center.
