S24 Ultra S-pen issue

Recently I updated my S24 ultra to the February update and since last two days my Spen in not working at all. I tried to reconnect and reset Spen but nothing was working. I went to samsung Authorized center and they tried connecting different Spen that was also not working. As per them they need to open the phone to check the issue. 

This is really disappointing when you pay huge money to buy a flagship phone and within a month you face such issues.

I want samsung to replace my phone or refund the money. I am not allowing anyone to open a new phone which in future will create further problems.

I need a solution as soon as possible otherwise I will escalate the matter.

I hope your phone gets replaced, mate. This is really pathetic i guess samsung has initially sold out fault units ... having pathetic cameras , poor battery and screen . I totally agree it really hurts to send your new brand phone to Service center

I'm suffering from the exact same issue, I even wrote on X "former twitter"

But nothing helped

They want to open my 2 months old flagship costing around 1.3L

Samsung is truly disappointing
