Phone hangs and sound issue

Hello Samsung 
I dnt know what is the exact issue of this s24 ultra. Apart from the camera issue . Last day i observed two new problem . I was using my buds 2 to listen to music on spotyfy and youtube , suddenly i observed that the sound was very low coming through the buds and when i disconnected it was low on phone also . I checked everything but could not fix the problem until i restarted it. 
Second problem which i experienced is that twice this phone got stucked and was not allowing me to diagnosing then it gave one errors message which i forgot to save and then it restarted. 
@samgung plz address the issues. Why after paying so much of money we will get this type of issue .

Please reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. Also complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Thanks.

Galaxy device sound issue:
Clear Sound Picker data: Settings>>Apps>>Filter and Sort>>Enable "Show system apps">>Ok>>Search Sound Picker>>Tap on storage>> Clear data of Sound Picker.

Clear SoundAlive data: Settings>>Apps>>Filter and Sort>>Enable "Show system apps">>Ok>>Search SoundAliver>>Tap on storage>> Clear data.

Clear Adapt sound data: Settings>>Apps>>Filter and sort>>Enable "Show system apps">>Ok>>Search Adapt Sound>>Tap on storage>>clear data

Galaxy device hang issue:

Kindly check the RAM in your device:
Path: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory
The device's RAM should be free to improve performance. So clear the RAM once a day

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.
