I own the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and I've noticed an issue when shooting videos with the main camera in horizontal mode. While the video is stable during normal shooting, slight tilting of the phone to the right or left results in jerky footage when panning.
This video is shot outside Samsung's service center , Ajmer Rajasthan

I sought assistance from the Samsung store, where they performed a factory data reset, reinstalled the software, and even replaced the camera. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I'm seeking further guidance on resolving this issue. As this is very disturbing that such flagship phone delivers this kind of video quality.

Nice observation but need info from other people as well. If all are facing the same or it's particular device issue. Meantime you can report this issue to samsung care in error and reports option with proper video footage.
