You are sensitive to pwm flickering. Next time get a smartphone with high pwm frequency like the oneplus 12. For now increase the brightness to above 50%
It happened to me too few months back when I purchase samsung device. Dont forget to blink and keep auto brightness on. Do not use full brightness all the time. I did this and now my eyes doing fine.
