I'm using A 50S. SMS alerts are not receeiving quickly, when we are using online transactions. Also network issues in interior areas, while other brands don't have the same issues at the same location.

check the db and A S U values amd compare with other handset db and A S U values from SIM status.. network bars are shown in handset are not always perfect

I have checked all as per your instructions. Problem continues.
I don't want to install any third party apps like Force LTE. Can Samsung fix this issue in next update?. My friends also having same problem with A50 & A50S

Hi there,

 

We would suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1) Message app > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > Settings > More setting > Text message > Message center > Remove the number > Rewrite the correct message center number >Save.

2) Check via another SIM card in the device.

3) Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

Note: Kindly once coordinate with the network service provider.

If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.

Thanks for your reply. yesterday I've gone to service center & got some instructions. Also I'll modify this settings as your instructions & update later
