Hi, after updating my s10 to android 11 the phone is discharging faster.  So thought to wipe the cache partition. But when I tried doing that as per the normal process,  it didn't happen. I pressed Bixby button+volume up+power button together and released it once the Android logo appeared, but everytime it just went on to boot normally.  Please help

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect withpc/laptop/type C earphone only for Android 11 )

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

I was having same issue with not being to access 'wipe cache partition' after Android 11 update.

This worked for me: I connected my phone to my laptop using a USB C cable, shutdown, and then held the VolUp+Power+Bixby buttons until the Samsung logo changed to the maintenance menu.

So, same as in the past but have phone connected to computer via USB C at same time. Yes, so stupid!

Just tried to do it using the instructions above, but didn't work.

Then I tried the old way. While leaving the phone plugged in to the PC, I pressed the Up Volume key, Bixby key and the power button and it worked straight away.

Seems like you still need to press the Bixby Key as well as the others.. Hope this helps someone.
