Tech TalkI was having same issue with not being to access 'wipe cache partition' after Android 11 update.
This worked for me: I connected my phone to my laptop using a USB C cable, shutdown, and then held the VolUp+Power+Bixby buttons until the Samsung logo changed to the maintenance menu.
So, same as in the past but have phone connected to computer via USB C at same time. Yes, so stupid!

Tech TalkJust tried to do it using the instructions above, but didn't work.
Then I tried the old way. While leaving the phone plugged in to the PC, I pressed the Up Volume key, Bixby key and the power button and it worked straight away.
Seems like you still need to press the Bixby Key as well as the others.. Hope this helps someone.
