Tech Talk1. Restarted.
2. wiped cache from recovery
3. Cleared app data for smartview from settings.
my other phones are connecting to my tv. so, I can ssume my TV is not at fault. All 4 TV's working fine with other mobiles.
The issue is sqaurely in this update.
