Theme park is one of the modules of GoodLock app where you can customize your own themes..with the help of several options like icons color, pattern/ color combinations and so on..

Whereas GoodLock app is Samsung official app to customize your device homescreen and notification panel(giving severaloptionsto change layouts with the help of task changer and quick star gives new dimension to the notificationpanel). It has several other features like you can place screenshot and screen off button on your navigation bar with the help of Navstar..

Yes, bro my device(S10+) is running on ANDROID10/UI2.0..please try downloading theme park via galaxy store and check if its compatible with your device or not..
