All 15 apps of Good Lock can be used even in One UI 7.0 Beta SW,
And seven apps closely connected to the device plaform(LockStar, Home Up, NavStar, NotiStar, QuickStar, MultiStar, Clockface) start opening from late December starting with MultiStar.
However, since Home Up and LockStar have many new features and structural changes, they may take some time due to thorough internal testing.
Please cheer us up as we are doing our best to make them available simultaneously with the official release of One UI 7.0 SW.
■ Finally, support for Google Play Store and global countries:
From One UI 7.0 Good Lock, you can download Good Lock not only from Galaxy Store but also from Google Play Store, and you can use Good Lock in all countries.
This is something that many customers wanted, and we expect that it will provide easier accessibility to more Galaxy users.

- Improved main app UI :
The overall composition of the main app has been changed for improved convenience.
Thanks to your encouragement, since launching Good Lock, the number of available features has grown steadily to offer 23 unique functionalities today.
With ongoing efforts to customize various elements within One UI, the list of compatible applications and functionalities continues to expand.
Consequently, due to its extensive range of features, navigating Good Lock might seem overwhelming initially.
To improve these inconveniences and make it easier for beginners to use,
We have improved the usability of the main app so that even those who are using Good Lock for the first time can easily use it.
- App/post filter :You can easily find the needed function/app and posts about it through search/filtering function.
- Manage Good Lock :In the newly added "My Page" tab, you can reset Good Lock settings and add a Good Lock widget, and manage the Good Lock functions you are using conveniently.
▷ Home Up
Among the most changed apps this time around, we prepared a lot of customization.
- Enhanced access to Home Up : Without running the Home Up app, you can intuitively set its functions within One UI Home.
- Free grid : Items on the home screen can be freely placed without grid constraints.
- Sticker on home screens : Decorate your home screen according to your taste using stickers.
- Home gesture animation tuning and multi-finger gestures : Gesture animations can be tuned freely so that gestures can be used as desired.Gestures can be executed anywhere on the screen with multiple fingers (multi-touch).
- Hide favorites : Favorites can be hidden to make the home screen cleaner and wider.
- Folder customization & Move apps button : Popup folders and folder icon sizes can be customized further; additionally, buttons can be arranged flexibly.
- Edge Panel customization : More items viewable and scrolling recent apps area are among several new customization offered to facilitate edge panel usage better.
- Taskbar customization : (Fold/Tablet) Various edits include changing taskbar app icons order and adding others.

For your gaming enjoyment, game booster teams joined forces with Good Lock!
- Change game category : Games that weren't classified under the game category and thus didn't receive relevant support can now be manually categorized as games by users, allowing them to access device-provided gaming-related assistance.
- Gamepad key remapping functionality : Remap keys on game pads as preferred alternative ones.
- GPU settings (Rotation optimization/Texel quality) : By reducing GPU load during Vulkan game screen rotations or adjusting the texture quality used in games accordingly, you can improve image quality/performance.
▷ LockStar
- Consistent lockscreen editing experience : Users appreciated the variety of lock screen edit experiences but found switching between them cumbersome, we've enhanced the LockStar feature to seamlessly integrate within the lock screen editing interface, making edits easier and more intuitive.
▷ Wonderland
- Individual setting for lock screen/home screen : Many users wished to apply Wonderland wallpaper only to either the lock screen or home screen. Following these opinions, we now allow applying each separately.
- Improved legibility of text colors: App icon titles and status bar colors automatically adjust depending on the dominant color of the background image, improving visibility.

- Running cover launcher in Labs menu : Flip device's Labs menu provides paths to enable MultiStar's cover launcher functionality, enhancing utilization of cover screens effectively.
▷ Theme Park
- Folder icon customization : As requested by many users, you can now customize folder icons along with app icons while applying an icon pack.
- Customizable app icons : Besides preset shapes, you can specify images chosen by you as app icon designs.
- Expanded content for stickers/wallpaper picker : Enjoy diverse sticker packs and wallpapers when decorating with Good Lock.
▷ Pentastic
- Custom Air Command icons : Set Air Command icons as desired images.
▷ QuickStar
- Hide dual-SIM user icons : Hide dual-SIM user icons visible on the lock screen.
▷ Camera Assistant
- Saving videos to external storage space automatically : Videos taken via camera get auto-stored onto external storage spaces linked via USB-C port.
