samsung note 10 issues

I would like raising an feedback and requesting for an solution for the issues I have in my phone currently. Am using Samsung note 10 which I brought 4 months ago I have continuous issue on my phone.. whenever am putting my phone into charging its heated like furnace and not only during charging it often get heated when using as well. Can guys look into it and advise me how to handle this problem .
