roaming icon disappeared

Hi all ,

 I am using Vodafone haryana SIM on Delhi network . But all of a sudden roaming icon has disappeared on my samsung galaxy M30Sin sim 1 slot. On the other hand sim slot 2 BSNL haryana Sim is showing roaming network icon. Just to bring to your notice 1 more thing that earlier I was using Airtel Haryana Sim on Delhi Airtel network I faced same issue of no roaming icon displayed. And  Airtel people suggested me to replace my sim. Which I did. But problem remained the same. Now its happening with Vodafone also. Please help. Is it software issue or network operators issue.

network settings reset and cache cleared. still same problem.

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Check the issue via other SIM of same operator.

2.Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

3.Create data backup and reset the device.

4.If issue still persists, you may contact your Network Service provider.
