Easy Mute Problem in Samsung Galaxy 8

After Pie update, an easy mute option is not working even after enabling it in settings. Any one else facing the same issue? Any solution for this ?

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

>Run the device in the safe mode and check the issue.

>Check for the latest patch update (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
