If you go to your phone's settings option and click on the Accounts and Backup option, you will see the reset option at the bottom, click on it.❤😊

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap General management.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Tap Factory data reset.
5. Scroll down and tap Reset.
6. Enter your PIN or password, then tap Delete all (or Erase everything).
