Hello everyone..
I have rather an unsual issue with my samsung cloud backups.. Presently i own s24 ultra & tab s10 ultra, which i regularly make a backup to my cloud. Previously i owned s22 ultra, tab s7+ & tab s6 lite. I used to make a backup of all these past devices also. Now the isuue is, i have sold them after making a factory reset but my Cloud still show these devices backups, hogging my cloud storage, and i am unable to delete them.
Can somebody kindly guide me thru this..

When i go to Accounts > Restore data on my phone, i can only see my present device backups..

Better delete the account and re create with another mail id

Any other way.! Deleting current account will be a hassle. All my backups on all devices will be lost..

Do u know how much Samsung notes can we sync in samsung cloud , customer care said 5gb per Samsung account but i was able to sync more than 15gb😅, sold out fold for vivo due to hinge failure, but missing s notes in both tab and phone.. But can't buy Samsung phone again without knowing cleart&c .
