I have Samsung M30S.. applications performance getting slow since  I bought it.. it was fabulous  in first 10 days. I was happy  with decision to bought it.. but now it's  frustrating with performance issue.. please suggest if what should I do with it....

I have a solution for you

go on android recovery and do hard reset and make sure that you backup all your stuff

hard reset is totally waste and it will harm your phone in some manner

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

>Clear the Cache of the apps (setting>>apps>>apps>>storage>>clear cache).

>Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).

> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
