When i connect disconnect interenet then more Notifications coming..

As per your concern, we want to inform you that Instagram and Messenger are third-party applications and if you want to stop the notifications of those apps kindly block the notifications by the given steps: Settings > Apps > Select your desired app > Notifications > Toggle to turn off / Block

If i block then it's didn't shows Notification...
Why Readed old messages appear in Notifications bar frequently..
Is this a bug of UI 6.0 or a Samsung problem ..?
But in other devices it's not like this..
