network problem in galaxy M31

Iam using Vodafone sim in mobile..this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network speed in the same network ..i tested my sim with other mobile and internet is very fast in my sim.The problem is not only in mobile data speed,but also in WiFi internet speed..while othe mobile the wifi is getting with full speed.. But my mobile (m31) is not Accessing that much internet speed.. Even I'd reset my phone phone twice...but no use of it.

airtel network is the fastest in my area....but m31 doesn't support my network....net is running like 2g....its very bad....I am very disappointed to this phone....samsung m31 is a 0 value mobile...I never suggest samsung mobiles to anyone in my life...worst experience with samsung🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

magar mera net speed bahut slow hai
pahle mere Pash Samsung J8 tha usme ye problem nahi tha
bar bar mobile flight mode me karna padta hai

I have Samsung m31 and I fixed the sim but internet connection is not coming.. I tried many times,I showed to shopkeeper too.But I'm not getting connection,call is going on..Plzz help!

I brought M31 20 days back and I am using the same vodafone network ,

on M31 I am not getting 3 G 4G any of the network .....rebooted many times ...re-inserted SIM, changes SIM slots .

not getting internet connect not even 4g symbol ...

we are cheated ..
