network problem in galaxy M31

Iam using Vodafone sim in mobile..this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network speed in the same network ..i tested my sim with other mobile and internet is very fast in my sim.The problem is not only in mobile data speed,but also in WiFi internet speed..while othe mobile the wifi is getting with full speed.. But my mobile (m31) is not Accessing that much internet speed.. Even I'd reset my phone phone twice...but no use of it.

Hi everyone.just do onething. Take a screenshot of this post that i have written,by sawing how many views, how many replies, how many likes. and send the screenshot through error report.(open samsung members>click on "+" icon> send feedback>error report.)

I am also facing the same problem.

I am using Airtel 4G sim in my new Samsung Galaxy M31 device.

But in this device the network is automatically and frequently changing between 4G and E

In my area airtel coverage is very good. There is no issue with Airtel service.

I have changed the slot of the sim and restarted the phone many times but the problem still persists.

Please help me.

iam using jio sim in my mobile..this is the fastest 4 g network in my area..after starts use the mobile network issues like as some times network speed sometimes not showing network

i used Jio Sim in my A50 mobile the Net is Worked so fast on that phone but in m31 i facing met problem every day

This is one of the official site which tests all the Mobiles very deeply..They wrote the exact review of m31..they mentioned the internet surfing is very slow when compared to other brands in the same segment...It is cleared that We are cheated

there was problem in connecting to wifi network,
if the wifi is connected, connects without internet , no problem with wifi router because I cross checked with another mobile which was absolutely working.
some times even it doesn't show the wifi networks..

hi,

I'm also facing the same issue in M31 while I have only changed my phone from samsung J6 to M31, before start using samsung M31, internate was working fine in Samsung J6. I did not change even sim card/ location only to change phone (Samsung J6 to M31).

I have tried all possible things related to network setting but failed to resolve this internate issue in it.

people r not able to call. Also otp does not come at right time

only after restarting the phone internet is coming back. so i think software issue
