Have you tried changing the USB cable ?
I guess you have updated your software via mobile data or wifi, this can lead to some problem after this .
I suggest visit service center, and flash the software from service centre.
Before visiting service centre don't forget to take the backup of your phone .


1. You can live chat with Samsung customer support team and inform about them concern.
2. You can write an e mail to - servicehead.in@samsung.com.
3. Contact in whatsApp no. +91180057267864 timing 9 A.M to 6 P.M 7 days a week they will surely help you .

the same charger charging other samsung phone and there is no problem

check once by changing if work fine then problem with cable or after changing the cable same problem persist then problem with your charging port

To resolve charging issue kindly follow the given below steps:-

 

1. If you are using non-genuine Samsung charger, check device charging by using another Samsung genuine charger. (If available)
Note: We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device. 


2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report) along with Screen-shots(time taken to charge). This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
