m30s memory card

I copied all items from old memory card to new one and then inserted in my phone.1- But my all old photos are not there.but are in google photos

2-Whenever take shot, it shows no photo but A question mark in gallery? but that photo is available in google photos. What the hell is this

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:

1- Go to settings >> general management >> reset >> reset settings.

2- Go to setting > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > Gallery > storage > clear cache.

3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode
