Hi,Iam telling you a procedure of factory reset, first you install app.super backup from play store,and backup your all app,(those who install you during set up phone) contacts,SMS,and call history, photo,in memory card, and make sure your all emails and password,than after you reset your phone. after resetting set up your phone but not give install permission Google apps and sumsung app, because they've in your backup so you install them after your satisfaction, after these you checked your phone if your phone getting complete and all is well than install all app and restore backup by super backup app.
If your phone not properly respond by one time than trying more times without completing restorING backup. IAM sure that you find your best.
